    Executive Chef Halil Ertane is a native of Adana Turkey and was born in 1966.  He began his career working in his father's restaurant and learning the classical ottoman Turkish cuisine at his side..  He steadily progressed working at some of the finest restaurant in the larger cities such as Instanbul-Yuzevler, Ankara and Ankara Iskender, Antalya. When one of the biggest and most famous restaurant in New York City came calling Chef Ertane moved and began as the Executive Chef for Sahara in 2000.  In 2008 as his style, leadership, and strategy caught the attention of Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine in Winter Park, FL he moved along with his family.  The Chef is married with 4 children and is thrilled to call Orlando his "home".
